My name is Kit Crane. In May 2018 I am setting off on a solo bicycle expedition from London to New Zealand. I will cycle east, through Europe to Istanbul, across central and south-east Asia, across Australia and finish in Auckland.
This expedition is in aid of Parkinson's UK, an organisation very close to my heart. They are the largest Parkinson's research funder in Europe, and provide day to day support for thousands of people with Parkinson's in the UK. I would be fantastically proud if I managed to fundraise £6000 for Parkinson's UK over the course of my journey, during which time I will also be raising awareness about the disease.
This expedition will be challenging. I will be riding large distances every day, eating whatever I can source, and camping most nights. I will document the expedition via a blog, which can be found on the "blog" page, and on Instragram and Twitter, links to which can be found at the bottom of the page.
I anticipate that reaching New Zealand will take at least a year so there is plenty of time. If you possibly can, please Donate
